Feeling dull...
Called the sexual health clinic this morning for the urine test results (to check for Chlamydia/Gonorrhea). The guy said it's not available yet but promised that he would follow up as I told him about the slight tingling/burning sensation when I urinate. He called back a few hours later and told me they didn't find any C/G in the urine sample.
I was actually hoping that he would inform me otherwise. At least, I would get treated right away and don't have to speculate the possible causes.
Anyway, I made an appointment next Monday for another test. This is because 5 days may be too early for the tests to be accurate. I really don't know what to do, if again, after the test next week, they say there's no C/G in my urine.
I'm pretty sure something is just not right there. I couldn't see any discharge or sores or bumps or blisters.
I googled for the possible reasons.
Gonorrhea- but usually comes with discharge.
Chlamydia- actually not so common in the case of Mouth-to-Penis, because this bacteria is usually not found in the throat.
Penile Herpes- possibly the pain is due to herpes sores/blisters in the urethra, but a doctor on a forum said that it's usually accompanied by visible sores/blisters on the penis, not only in the urethra and is usually very painful.
HPV- still no visible warts/blisters. I checked the opening/tip of my dick carefully.
Prostatitis- inflammation of the prostate. Could be due to many reasons, bacterial or not bacterial. I actually think this may be likely. Besides the feeling when i urinate, I could feel something not right in my rectum/ prostate. As a gay, I think I may be feeling my prostate/G-spot. It's like you want to poo sometimes. I haven't had unprotected anal sex since the multiple checks, so I don't think it's STI in my rectum. Could be the prostate problem.
Actually with my prostate, I always (since the last year or so) wake up early morning just to pee and go back to sleep. While my ex could drink lots of water before bed and didn't have the same problem I also have problem 'clearing the bladder'. Like I have to pee...pee again to make sure...try again....to make sure that everything is out. No problem with ejaculation though.
Urinary tract infection- So, if your prostate is enlarged, it might somehow obstruct the bladder. So urine is not cleared from the bladder, and the stagnated urine causes bacteria to grow. But the articles says it's only common for old people.
As you can see, I've read so many things. It's so tiring. To worry, to understand, to digest.
I'm not afraid as long as it's curable. I just hope it wouldn't worsen suddenly over the weekend.

ReplyDeleteBe strong and believe in yourself. As long as you still have the hope for that. :)
